Partner Discounts & Tiers
Channel partners receive exclusive discounts — allowing you to set competitive pricing while maintaining healthy margins. Discount tiers are determined by annual revenue contribution:
- Platinum (50% discount): $1M+ annual revenue
- Gold (30% discount): $500K–$999K annual revenue
- Silver (20% discount): $250K–$499K annual revenue
- Standard (10% discount): No minimum revenue commitment
BalkanID will onboard a limited number of partners each year — up to 3 per tier — to ensure high-touch collaboration and dedicated support.
Program Terms
- The program is valid for 1 year, renewable annually if revenue thresholds are met and both parties agree.
- The discount can be either fully or partially passed along to the end customers, or can be used as part of service credits offered by the channel service partner as part of some sort of a managed service offering.
- Progress is reviewed quarterly; BalkanID reserves the right to adjust discounts if a partner is not on track to meet revenue commitments. This may include moving the partner to a different discount tier that aligns with their projected revenue for the year.
- For deals booked on the partner’s paper, payments to BalkanID are due within 30 days of each quarter’s end, or within 30 days of the partner receiving payment from the customer, whichever is later.
- For referral deals booked on BalkanID’s paper, payments to partners are issued within 30 days of each quarter’s end or within 30 days of BalkanID receiving payment from the customer, whichever is later.
- Quarters are defined as 90-day periods starting from the program agreement date.
- Revisions to the program & terms can only be made by BalkanID on a case by case basis and at the discretion of BalkanID.
